Smoothies are my favorite way to get in a ton of nutrients in a fast, portable format. I've been drinking smoothies for over a decade- but it wasn't until I became a mom that smoothies became more than a favorite quick meal- they became a staple! In just five minutes, I have a meal-in-a-glass I can take on the go, packed with everything I need to nourish and fill me up for whatever mom life throws at me.
